The awkwardness was there, but Complex is the one to blame. They put these high profiles in such a spot, where they have to maintain their reputation. If they buy less, people will think they are cheap. The last Kobe shoes were a true rip-off. It retailed at only $190. Shame on the store to steal from such a legend.

Joe does an amazing job interviewing. Stone Cold is not a sneaker head, but Joe asked great questions that are easy to answer relevant to the sneaker culture. I enjoy these types of episodes.

That's because Bret was the one who told Vince McMahon to go get Steve from WCW, he saw the potential in him, then he worked with him and help build him up with their feud. Bret and Steve and one of the best feuds in WWF

I love Steve Austin. Met him as a kid in Philly at the convention center. My mom pulled some crazy strings for me to meet him and I was so nervous because he was such a badass on tv but he ended up being one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Completely threw me off lol. I got his autograph and took it with me everyday to school for years. Legend for sure!

I remember as a kid hearing that glass break and stone cold coming out and me getting so hyped and so happy. It was an amazing time to be a kid and watch wrestling. Him and Kane where my favorite wrestlers at the time I even had a Kane mask.

98-02 was the best period of wrestling full stop. That was because of this man and The Rock. Two absolute legends who made my childhood enjoyable. Still watch loads of those old clips and matches. Especially when Stone Cold came back to save the WWF from The Alliance!

I already knew this was gonna be one of the best things I saw on YT in a minute. He kept it so real and obviously didn't know much about todays sneaker game but we all know this happened because of the respect and admiration all of us have for the man. One of the best part is that he mostly chose pairs that look good to him regardless of the hype.

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin was one of the wrestler that made WWE wrestling worth watching during the attitude era. His matches are legendary and he really knew how to utilize his character arc as both a heel and a Babyface. 😎✌️

Loved this episode!! Stone cold is such a real dude and that’s so refreshing today. Seems like the more you hear from him the more you like the guy. For a rough exterior person who probably doesn’t care much about sneakers; you could see how much holding the Kobe’s meant to him as Kobe is somebody he highly respects. Mamba Mentality lies within us all. Respect!

Stone Cold is definitely in my top 3 greatest wrestlers of all time. I didn't know he was a Kobe guy, until now. So much hatred towards Kobe by the POS sports media, but it's beautiful to see how many true basketball fans love him 💜💛.
