This phone is just fake...Mine only lasted 3 weeks and it just died...The screen went off while I was charging and nothing had happened to it. You call it , it goes through but cant be operated neither switched off. Just a black screen

@@timk1749 Yes,I actually observed that its the Ram that isn't enough to support and run some apps...I open more apps without actually closing some and it jumps off and goes blind😅

Yes I did use it the best way to get off that boot screen hold the volume down and power button at the same time when the phone is off factory reset it through the boot system it'll fix your problem I'm still using it mine I haven't had any problem

Try to hold the power button and volume button down at the same time for 1 minute then the main menu pops out then follow that from there like that you can reboot it to factory
