To me, camping is holding down one sight line constantly (usualy bc of fear haha) but getting a good building early and using the windows/doors to hold a whole area down is more tactical than it is camping since that person will usually leave once the area is empty. But thats just my view of it

I know what you mean, but especially against console players that would be quite unfair. On console often people use the in game voice comms instead of say discord. I play on PC but many times I've killed people and they start giving callouts about where I am or what their teammates should do which helps me know what to look out for. I'd maybe argue for just a few more seconds to get more rage context without it being way too big of a disadvantage for in game voice comms users.
