I'm in so much pain. I have watched this kdrama with all sorts of emotions: frustration, love, happiness, sadness, tears coming out of my eyes, anger...After watching the end all i can say is I can feel Won, Rin and San's emotions. Feelings of longing to see Rin and San and reunite with them...reuniting with your first love and your best friend in the whole world. Hesitating to leave because you dont want to leave a friend alone..I just can't T_______T I feel like I lost a best friend or a lover. This drama got me feeling all sorts of emotions atm. Someone mentioned in the comments that, "The best part about this ending is its not about RinXSan but its more about RinxWonxSan because they all wanted to keep their friendship forever." I dont know if I can handle watching another kdrama anymore haha...Its too good...when it ends it leaves me feeling sad and empty. This song NAILS EVERYTHING...THE TITLE: THE KING LOVES....THE ENDING...Damn, good job to the writers of this song and story, producers, singers, actors/actresses...everyone...Thankyou for making me feel like I can relate and feel the characters' feelings...

For those of you saying that this song is intended for rin and san, you guys are wrong. Although this was played during their kiss, it was not actually the point of that scene. It was actually how won witnessed it and was heartbroken because of it. And this is his song for his heartbreak. If you know the meaning of this song, you'll know that this is Won's POV. Singing the heartbreak of his love loving another. This is so heartbreaking. Especially after finding out the meaning of this song. When it comes to love.. royals were the worst because they get multiple wives via. Political relation.. and also, once you enter the palace, women aren't allowed to leave. San would've been a beautiful bird in a gilded cage. So i think, by letting San go, is the ultimate show of self sacrifice and love. Sometimes if you love someone dearly, you have to let them go. ♡

I felt the same. What U admired to Won character is he choose not to lose Ri and San. He sacrificed his love for the sake of friendship even though how much he loves San. I can feel the pain so much.. omg... This Kdrama left me broken hearted somehow. But it is one of the Kdrama I have watched that moved me so much in emotion. It makes me stuck in one corner to the extent that I don't want to do anything but just to continue watching until the end.

My absolute favourite drama and my favourite song from it! The cinematography was amazing, how they combined a scene with the music (even just with the first few notes of the song) was just pure heaven and gave the scene so much power and emotion. I wish there was some more information about Oliver (I don't know why but it seems like it's two people singing - maybe not so much in this uploaded version, but in others) because the voice(s) is just one of the best ones I have heard and I need more songs!! :) :) :)
