Kids can be abducted at any age. Hell, grown women are abducted and kidnapped every single day. Age has little to do with it. Even if the kid is 10-12 years old, they still need to be supervised when out in the yard where there are streets nearby, or while out on the sidewalk, etc. 6 is way too young to be outside alone!

The problem is that the case does not hinge on the mom's credibility about a non-material fact. Its not about whether she is telling the truth. Its not about whether apt management has had prior episodes involving these four kids being unsupervised and doing property harm. The case is about this boy, and this incident and there is zero evidence brought before the court that he cratched the car. The only direct testimony comes from the boy and it points to a 7 year old he names.

Bet mom is the type of parent to say " i didn't let my kid go out alone his 11 year old sister is watching him" 🥴 got a bunch of kids and parents like that where my parents live, multiple family members live at different apartments in the complex. One time they sent all their kids out with the oldest being 9 then four 3 year olds, a 2 year old and a 1 year old (barely walking) all those kids for a single 9 year old to watch and keep track of. Did she do that? Yes but how she did it was telling all of the younger kids to "wait by a busy road for cars, then run out or jump out onto the street to see which cars stop" i actually heard her say it, she saw me watching & immediately walked away quickly from all the little kids.We had to call non-emergency police to came down & speak with the parents who said to him "but they weren't alone the 9 year old was watching them" 🥴 same kids also were told to throw rocks at my parents window and try to hit our beloved black cat, same 9 year old too & again as soon as she saw they were being watched she took off then lied to her parents when we confronted them. Point being kids arent the brightest and dont recognize danger or understand consequences for bad actions, its up to the parents to teach them, unfortunately like the parents at the complex this mom is too lazy and focused on her stuff to bother watching her kids. I HATE the excuse of "we live in a good neighborhood" 🥴 well ma'am John wayne gacy's neighbors thought the same thing! Watch ur kids!

I don’t understand why people like the defendant keeps on having more kids, when she seems like she can’t even take care of one or two. What a deadbeat…

Welfare payments. Some people make a living collecting them. More kids, more money. Not my idea of a career choice, but people do it.

She said, "I deal"... No, you clearly don't! You take NO responsibility for your mess ups... You left your 6 year old unattended outside, then won't take responsibility for what he did knowing damn well your child did it. No business having 4 kids whatsoever. I 💯% believe she's being taken to court, so she's a liar too!

I think one of his older brothers did it... but that family is raised on a code of silence and Judge knew it. 😢 Kudos to Judge to making an attempt to help the mother see none of it is ok.

I believe he did it and the mom told told her son not to say anything in court. Evictions can be looked up so the plaintiff didn’t get any type of evidence and didn’t even get the witness to come to court

That mom is horrible and it seems she coached him not to say anything to the judge but when it was over now he wants to talk, the smirk on her face tells it all and yes 4 kids no husband is crazy work! She need to stop letting her 6 year old outside unsupervised! I feel bad for the plaintiff
