My father-n-law, Parley A. Lambert Sr. worked in the Algoma Mines in Algoma, West Virginia. He died in 1973. He had Black Lung he was about 46/47 years old. Thank you for the song. Y'all did a fantastic job.

Hi Lib! "Long-time-no-hear-from" I know, & shame on me for that!! 🙂 Just found out that y'all had recently released a new album, and so I jumped on here to listen to this "title-cut" and ended up listening to "I Wish I Had A Lifeline" as well! All I can say, is: WOW!! WOW!! WOW!!! You guys are COMPLETELY ROCK SOLID!!! Your vocal blend, & instrumental work, are both AWESOME, & TIGHT AS CAN BE!!! I dunno who your Recording Engineer is these days, but your sound quality is OUTSTANDING!!! It's the type of sound quality I always envisioned us having when I was still with you, but never quite felt we achieved, & I could never quite figure out why? YOU GO GIRL!! & YOU GO BRETT, TROY, & KENTON TOO, FOR SURE!!! So great to hear that you're still recording, & making such GREAT music!! Keep on doing what you're doing! It's GREAT!! Y'all take care, Stay Well, & God Bless!!! Much Love & Admiration, Ron P.S. I haven't had an active FB Page in about a year now, or I would shoot you a message or two, there. I was w/o a Cell Phone, from last Oct. until March 2nd, of this year, & by the time I got a new phone, someone else had already gotten my old phone number! Because of that, & the fact that I cannot recall my FB Password, I have been unable to access my FB Account, so that I can access my page! I know I can just start a new one, but I almost dread starting over, so I just haven't tried to do so, as yet! Might decide to do it yet, but we'll see...... 😊 Bye For Now! Ron
