It's not strange. It's an avant garde artwork denoting how life is beautiful even when you're a middle aged lady(?) who got hit with the ugly stick really bad. I mean I'm sure there's even deeper meaning behind this, but I try not to look at the artwork for too long so I can't really explain any further.
