My anxiety makes me catastrophize a lot.. when these bad scenarios come to my head, it's really hard to go out, like a mental prison where the bad feelings are strongs, like if it really happened. Because of that I'm so scarred to manifest these scenarios, since my mind is better at visualizing negative than positive -_-... that makes me even more anxious.. I don't like this side of the manifestation/assumption community, who just put the fault on you if something bad happens while some people may just have depression and/or anxiety that provoke intrusive thoughts/visualizations

OMG it’s like you are talking my mind!!!!! Nomatter how much I try I get bad thoughts, I try a lot to push them away in fear of them manifesting, I remind myself I’m protected my god from any bad things playing in my life. But they expect everyone to have a positive mindset! (And I have depression and a little bit of anxiety so it seems impossible) not my fault!

For people with intrusive thoughts.. I would look into hormonal and/or nutritional deficiencies. Magnesium glycinate, b-complex,epa fish oil, are some things that can help.

sorry if I am dramatic I just kinda need to vent. I literally went with my mom to get food, and I felt like I was gonna puke. I am not sick, Its all anxiety. its so bad though. The other day I went with my dad to the grocery store, felt like I was gonna puke. went to the stable (Which is usually where I felt most comfortable) and I felt so sick and anxious. I wish I could socialize with my FAMILY without having a panic attack and feeling like I am gonna puke. I really dont know what to do anymore.

my anxiety used to be that bad last year, you can see my movies account in this comment section. at a volleyball practice i almost threw up and starting sobbing in the bathroom and before that i felt like i couldn’t even stand up to ask to go to the bathroom- i was ridiculous tbh like idk what i was afraid of. now at school i’m so much better and made a lot of friends and my anxiety has gone down so much i can even talk to the people sitting next to me and honestly that’s a big change. anyways, what i did was listen to these subliminals but honestly what helped me the most was just doing things i was afraid to do like at school i asked to sit with three friend groups at lunch (at different times ofc when i was new) and yeah the anxiety mainly went away on it’s own when i realized that the wasn’t really anything the fear. also praying, confident subliminals. but this one helped a lot like it gave me a bunch of confidence. anyways, the thing that i just started using this week that helped a lot was a supplement droplets for anxiety that my mom puts in my water. now whenever i’m at school and i drink that medicine water thing the anxiety goes away like completely. i hope this helpes

Idk if you'll ever see this, but thank you. My anxiety had gotten so bad I was jumping out of my sleep, struggling to breathe and my throat had felt tight even when I was fully awake. I even threw up because of how stressed my body was. But i put this on loop, repeated some positive affirmations, and was finally able to fall asleep. Thank you so so so so so much. I was anxious this morning and I vomited after breakfast and lunch..I wasn't even able to eat anything...and then I thought let's just f*CK it...I don't want to compromise on my mental health because of exams...and I stopped studying in stress, searched for subliminal for anxiety, played this on loop and tried sleeping. After almost 45 min...I checked my stress level it was 40. And mind it it was around 70-80 almost the whole day. And I had dinner just now after listening to this. You don't even know how grateful I am for this❤️❤️❤️😭😭😭 PS - anyone suffering from exam stress, I just want to say no exam is above your mental health, always prioritise your health. I’ve been using this throughout the past month and I cannot believe how much easier it is for me to breathe, or even just feel safe enough to go outside. TW for assault - I developed a lotttt of symptoms of agoraphobia after several different instances of s*xual assaults by many people over many years, I became scared of the whole world, I thought if I even left my house it would happen again, and since none of my abusers were held accountable and everyone acted like i was making it up, I noticed men plotting to manipulate and take advantage and also blame me, since so many others got away with it and it was so easy to just call me a lying whore since im pretty. I was terrified for a year that if I left my house I might have to accept losing my life trying to defend my body from being invaded again and it killed me so much. The anxiety i developed was so crippling. I can breathe before I go outside now and I’m not absolutely terrified, even if I can’t call anyone for safety (police are involved and some of my abusers,) I’m learning how to come up with possible alternative ways to save my life and at least hopefully get away. I used to just get angry that I had to do that and stay hidden inside, it ruined my life. Thank you for helping me heal 💛

i never thought that anxiety could affect my peace in a relationship so much. I know how much my boyfriend loves me, he shows it a lot but i often think that he wants to break up or sth even though i know that that's not the case. and not only in my relationship but basically anywhere i have anxious thoughts and it stresses me out and makes me feel sick. Bro, thank you. I work in a restaurant that's very, very popular and a lot of high-class rich people come to eat here. Im in charge of the food on some days, i have to make sure everything is right and cooked well. Every side dish is there, and make sure it goes out the door warm. and my anxiety GOES HARD on those days. I won't stop shaking, and i literally want to cry the whole day. It's so stressful. 😅 wish me LUCKKK

Tysm! I really need this..... I’m doing school online home alone and I always get super duper anxious everytime I hear one little noise I panic. Also I have insomnia sometimes at night, not being able to sleep, fearing I’ll get bad dreams they do because of the lack of sleep I get! + Social anxiety .... I’ll try this!

This worked❤ I listened for a while, i would only listen when i remembered and that was rarely so heres my results - i can talk infront of the class without getting anxiety - i can be myself - basically i dont have anxiety my heart rarely beats fast and i dont cry from anxiety anymore so thats good.

Yesterday, I had a really anxiety attack , even though the thoughts stopped My heart wouldn’t stop racing I and couldn’t sleep and always when I fell asleep I woke up again and struggled to sleep back… I just hate anxiety 😢

The real problem of my anxiety is my mom, i feel scared and anxious when she is not around because I know she can't see what I do (I feel like she wants to control me, to control what I do with my phone) and I get anxious a lot and my face becomes red and when she sees me that way she always thinks I'm laying or I did something bad/wrong even if for whole the time I didn't do anything. I doesn't matter how much I try to stay calm, and how much I repeat to myself to stay calm. Everything started out January 2022, had anxiety until May, then in June until September I worked so I was never home and I was never anxious. And then here we are again, I was happy until 1/2weeks ago and puff now I'm back with this and it really sucks. Especially when I hear my mom coming home with the car I get a little anxious and my face starts to change color, I take deep breath and things go a little better. I really hope it works because I can't take this anymore, I just want to live happy with no problems of anxiety again.

Tomorrow my sister is going to have surgery and I wasn't aware of how anxious I was untill I "slept" (I guess, because I strugle with insomnia frequently as well and sometimes I can't tell if I've slept or not) and when I woke up my heart was beating so fast and now I have also the feeling of wanting to puke, which sucks. I know it's going to be okay, that everything is going to be fine, but she's my little sister and I'm so anxious.... She hasn't already have left and I want her to come back. Plus I have a final exam of philosofy tomorrow, my schedule today is a mess which doesn't help with both my insomnia nor my anxiety.

Im moving out of my abusive home any day now. I'm having some money trouble that will hopefully resolve but I would also need to purchase an airplane ticket. Two Tips: 1. Fear Exposure. If you have anxiety over doing something, force yourself to do it over and over again and it will eventually balance out as a baseline, just like pleasure does. 2. Don't try to suppress negative thoughts and emotions. This will only make them stronger. When you try not to think about something, you're thinking about the very thing you're trying not to think about.

tip: imagine yourself with like black storm clouds and balls of negativity in your stomach, stuff like that. then imagine a little golden figure coming and cleaning and plucking all the negativity away. its amazing, you’re amazing, and you will be okay:))))

hello guys first of all english is not my first language so there will be some errors sorry ! i suffer from anxiety since 2021, there were periods where things were going well and some others no, recently i wasnt even able to go out alone or just enjoy concerts etc with my friends because i always got a fear in me like : what if i do a panic attack ? im so stressed im too far from home if i do a panic attack etc... im working on it but its difficult to get over it! okay so i listened to this sub overnight before a festival, i force myself to go to because i was like i can't be in this situation forever i need to change the things myself so i listened to this sub overnight and before going out to the festival with my bestie, im a lil triggered by too loud noise, music and when there is many ppl but guys, i didn't feel any kind of anxiety, this sub actually work like a charm last year i did a panic attack at the same festival and i was so scared that its gonna be the same this year but no, i just enjoyed the moment, no fear, no anxiety it was a pure moment of happiness ! ty qs stimuli, this sub is literally magic i hope that the people who are gonna to see this is okay, u can beat the anxiety i know how it can be rough sometimes but remember that you're strong
