I have a question. I have been struggling with depression and low self-esteem and I usually beat myself up a lot when I do something wrong. In your video, you tell us to love ourselves no matter what and even though we mess up we should still love ourselves. While I agree with what you are saying, my question is this, how do you love yourself wholly and completely without bordering on narcissism? I know a few friends of mine who are so confident and seem to have zero self-esteem issues, but sometimes they seem like narcissists and they think they are better than everyone else. Until it starts becoming annoying to be around them. So yeah. I wanna love myself and I wanna be confident, but I don't want to seem like a narcissist to people. I guess I should just look up tips on how to be humble even when things are going well for you. Idk lol
