Centuries old feudal system and caste system; propped up and fully exploited by the British Raj in India is the root cause. Their Lordships and Ladyships; the British Aristocracy; were delighted with the status quo vis a vis the Maharajas and Nawabs and their system of rule in India. Eventually, we carried it over into post partition Pakistan. We don't want to work because workers used to be the "kammis". They were low castes; the untouchables! On the other hand the upper echelons of society are haunted by the offspring of Lords and Nawabs; a majority of whom were the erstwhile foot boys and orderlies of the British. Of course their Majesties don't work and never will. They can't because they don't know how to. Incompetence is rife. They cling to hallucinatory visions of some grand past. They will go to any length to maintain their iron grip on the masses; the canon fodder; even using religion as a tool to keep them preoccupied with everything except progress, literacy and tolerance; the hallmarks of a developed society. No nation state can ever progress with this mindset.

Tax & DEBT are the 2 Main Issues for Pakistan & 12,900 Billion Rs of Tax TARGET which has marked for FY 2024 25 is much difficult indeed. Around 35,000 Billion Rs Tax has Collected during the last 6 Yrs from Jul 2018 to Jun 2024, FBR Verified Figures, very simple question where it has been Consumed & Utilized.

There is a catch 22, if govt backs out of terms and conditions of contract with IPP, future imvestor will perceive this as a negative point that their is no value of contract and its implementation which amplifies the risk of investment. Baqi arbitration body courts or unke RAFTAR ka sab ko pata he hai.
