Scrolling is now become a habit to everyone without knowing anything what they are looking for. It's the loop that never ends and consumes your valuable time day by day. I am a victim of this disease, and for sure will try my best from now to reduce the screen time on social media platforms.

Truth is that we are finding an escape because we are addicted to instant gratification and in real life we do not get this but on the other hand in social media we feels and illusion of success by seeing other fake influencers and fun part is that instead of knowing this i will still scroll because it is too addictive

It's actually true, I myself have observed this since last year. Lyf has always been challenging for everyone but from the day when I started scrolling random shorts on social media,I started feeling more miserable or sometimes extra frustrated. One has to control & limit his/her actions. Don't be a slave of your mind, be the master of it & life will become more peaceful🌼

Experienced this. Had got ton load of work and tight deadlines, and guess what, bhai ne 4 hrs scroll kiya and almost ended up screwing up the project. That's because 4 hours of scrolling is like feeling groggy for the next 3 hours. Ultimately wasting one half of the day. Managed to sit late night and work but I realised that getting rid of Insta/YT apps on phone is the best gift ever I've given to myself. Now, I am at least aware of when I am using YT and when I am working.
