I found the video trying to find someone talking about this. I bought the Le Cagole in croco leather hot pink shade directly in the store. I used it for about a week and the colour of the leather literally started falling from the leather. I went to the store and they gave me a new bag on the same colour, the colour fell again. They gave me a new one on a different colour, chose the silver one on soft leather, took more time than the last colour but it also started peeling on from the leather. Now they gave me store credit but the bags increased price so I would need to pay the difference. Tbh I wouldn't spend money on Balenciaga right now since they're not giving quality for the price. They produce their items in China.

I got the same one only in black with gold hardware, I was devastated 😭. Mine peeling started right in the leather loop that hold the strap and
