This is absolutely true. I found freedom after almost 3 years. If you are struggling with anxiety just know basically it’s just your our nervous system being extremely sensitized. The more you ignore your fear and anxiety and keep going about your day the stronger your nervous system will get and eventually you will just completely snap out of the cycle. God is control! Keep fighting

Anxiety want to draw people on its wresting match. Decide not to fight anxiety maybe still there inviting on to the mat but we dont need to be drawn in. Decide its on yr terms and move one step at a time

It's encouraging to have someone to relate too. I have physical anxiety ( hypochondria) no matter what I get afflicted with & I do have tinnitus & ear problems. But everything is terminal in my mind. Praying for deliverence . God Bless all here

I am so glad I have come across your videos. God seriously put you in my life for a reason! I just can’t believe it. Everything you mentioned sounds exactly like what I have. My mind just wonders of and I just can’t focus. The word of God does make it better! But it’s like a constant battle everyday that sometimes I wake up and just hate that I will have to go through it again. A hate that makes me want to kill myself because I hate the cycle. Sometimes I think I am doing it to myself because I can’t seem to feel complete at peace. Pray for me. Assuming you are a Christian, your life is in God’s hands from beginning to end. And God knows what is best for you. You can trust Him to not only guide and help you in this life, but to also take you home at the right time. In other words, entrust your existence to God. You cannot lose when you surrender your life to God. Philippians 1:21 - For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

Thank you so much Aaron! God NEVER uses fear on us, in fact the Bible tells us over 100 times NOT to fear, fear of Lord means reverence. Having a humble heart before Him. One of the biggest helps for me was to start avoiding fear based messages.. I feel these are so common now, also all the teachings on how we can lose our salvation which is not true, the blood of Christ covers ALL our sins, past present and future.. and what people don’t understand, which the Lord showed me, is there isn’t one single thing we can do to make God love us less. He told me if I never did another thing for the kingdom He would not stop loving me. People need to rest in the assurance of His love, knowing He is a good father. He has His way of getting His children back on track, Holy Spirit knows how to lovingly lead us into repentance and submission to God. But God’s hand is ALWAYS loving towards us.. ALWAYS…He is the one doing the work in us by the power of the Holy Spirit, and the Word states Philippians 1:6 that He promises to complete that work. When we are caught in addictions and things that are not good for us, The Lord is faithful to break those chains and free us, sometimes He does it immediately and other times we have to wrestle with it for a while, it may be He is healing a deeper wound which is causing the addiction. Either way, we have to trust Him as our loving Father who promises He will NEVER leave or forsake us, and we are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I would encourage people to stay far away from any fear based teachings, this does NOT come from God, but from the enemy. When a Christian is living in fear, he is not powerful for God’s kingdom, God would NEVER want us in that state.. he uses us powerfully when we are in a state of peace, trust and rest in Him. I would also recommend writing down every scripture you can find on God’s promises and love. Take a KZbin fast and just read, Google comforting verses, guard you heart and mind from the news and many other sources of fear and you will be AMAZED at how your faith and peace will grow..❤ God bless everyone! I can say, what really helped me was having Christians pray in agreement with me and then listening to deliverance prayers.. something left me.. it screamed and left..I KNOW as a born again believer I had fallen into sin and opened doors, anyhow, since that experience, I have been totally set free from both anxiety and depression.. Praise God! Seek out deliverance, because I 100 % believe these things are from the demonic and Jesus will deliver you. Praying for you to find the right people to pray deliverance for you 🙏🏽 Hand in there, best days are still ahead 💕

After you get checked out by 1 or 2 doctors and they give you an all clear for any serious illnesses, you can be assured those physical sensations are only from stress and not an actual danger to you, even if they feel bad. The doctors are an authority of physical problems, take their word on it. And take God's word on the matters of your soul. Choose to trust even if you feel like doubting. God bless you. Aaron's ministry helped me recover from spiritual and mental affliction by forming a foundation of truth based on scripture. And there are great resources for recovery from health anxiety also, I recommend Dr. Sarno and Pain Free You. But you need the foundation of God's word first.

I’ve experiencing this breakthrough recently for the first time I decided to stop being irrational. I thought the fear was rational but realistically it wasn’t. So honestly I’m still learning how to ignore the rabbits but God is good. The fears are lies therefore only bait that the devil uses.

I woke up having my first panic attack after having covid. I had no idea what was happening. I felt i couldn't breath right for 5 months after that. I ended up with long covid and chronic anxiety. I seen one of Aaron's videos and i contacted Bro Woodward who lead me on my road to healing. It haa been the hardest thing i have been through in my life and i struggled for almost 2 years but the Lord brought me out and I no longer have panic attacks or chronic anxiety. I had to find my identity in Christ first and foremost and work on my calming my nervous system.

i am having a really hard time lately dealing with my fear and anxiety. it got so bad that every time i try to do something, or want to meet with someone i get physically sick, i ‘d be nauseous and vomiting all the time. what lead to even more anxiety about doing anything, so i’ve been avoiding everything and everyone for over a year now. i sometimes feel helpless and alone but i know god is with me 🙏🏻 and that he will help me trough this. i get a lot of support and strength from your videos, bless you! ❤️ thank you for sharing your story with us🙏🏻

Speaking of fear, I’ve been getting this weird thought of “What if I want to go back to the way I used to live”. I’m Born Again. Would you agree the mere fact it’s causing fear shows it’s probably from the enemy? I don’t want this thought. I’ve heard people get similar unwanted thoughts with spiritual warfare. Hello, it’s a battle, so don’t be alarmed at the enemy’s attacks. It’s normal. You may not be able to control when or how the devil attacks, but God is in control and will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. And yes, God has given you the ability to choose what you dwell and believe in. Choose God’s words.

God is not disappointed in you. God is well pleased with Jesus, and if Jesus is your savior than God is well pleased with you, because of Jesus's works, not yours. You and I will continue to fail in good works to some extent until this body is redeemed. It doesn't mean we stop trying, but it isn't our success that earns God's approval, it's Christ's success. Also be careful if you believe God is specifically instructing you to fast for a certain amount of days, you should talk with the elders of your church, spirits need to be tested. You can't always rely on your own discernment alone if it's God's voice, your voice, or the enemy's. Scripture will always confirm if it is from God.
