Great vlog and tips I need to get batteries for my decorations Im feeling really stressed at the moment Im having problems getting my refuse collected I have rang numerous times they say they will email the depot as im disabled im on the assisted lift where they are supposed to come into my yard to take the bin out this has gone on for bloody weeks needless to say I have a mountain of rubbish now they are due today so im gonna ask them why are they not taking it away, when my partner John was alive he used to put it out and bring it in everything has gone downhill since he passed including my health as he used to care for me daily other than that carry on I need to get the carpet washed ready for Christmas and deep clean the kitchen too but can only do little bits then sit down cos it affects my pain 🧑‍🎄🎄🎁xxx

Yes batteries are a must at Christmas for decorations, toys everything. That sounds an absolute pain in the butt about the rubbish, u really hope they helped you out yesterday. My dad was a refuse man he would have helped he always helped those in need. It sounds like you are going through a difficult time I'm so sorry it must be so tough for you especially this time of year. Sending lots of love and hugs to you xx

@@Solomumtoone Thanks lovely I managed to catch the bin men yesterday and said I'm on the assisted lift they came in collected my bin emptied it and put it back into the yard finally he said he would put a report in about all the massive collection of bin bags so hopefully someone will come out especially to remove them. Yes going through such a tough time it's the little things that get to you isn't it especially this time of the year plus in my mind I want to do things but my body has other ideas it would be nice to have a day off from pain xxxx

Oops i have missed the boat on the deep cleaning lark with 14 rooms i think i need to either get in fast forward mode hire a cleaner or just do a quick scoot round. I have reduced the amount of decorating slowly over past couple of years as girls are older now the first to go was the bedrooms and i took that pretty badly however it was their choice. Food and beverages covered and al essentiallys ticked so from this weekend forward its all fun things with friends and family and i am soooo looking fprward to it. Px

Wow 14 rooms that's a lot of cleaning. I can just manage mine haha. My son still loves his room decorated but I know it won't last forever but I will wait until he tells me like your girls did. That's great you are done and can now enjoy the festive season, I have a few small bits to get then I am done too. Looking forward to relaxing more than anything xx
