It seems according one or two stories, Dvořak was confusing conductor,....he used get lost in some dream during conducting, and was supposed to come back, so the concert will be ok. In some story he suggested something to horn players.... the violinist suggested to him to come back. It seems only authors of music have this priviledge to get lost. As in the pop music the juror said "you dont have a right to sing falsely, only the author of the song has the prviledge."
