Henry is my fav Superman even tho he had more potential and could have been better which says a lot, but in David we trust and as of now things are looking good

I still think that it would've been smarter if they kept Henry Cavill, more people would be interested and the movie would have a higher chance of making more money but its whatever. David, while he does not look nearly as cool as Cavills supes, he still looks solid himself and I am def looking forward to the movie.

i disagree, i think it’s a bad move rebooting a universe but keeping actors from the previous one. i’m not a huge fan of Gunn keeping the Peacemaker crew, but they’re lesser characters so its not as big a deal. to me, Cavill was perfectly cast as Superman, but wasted potential by Snyder. the characterization of the character didn’t work for me, he never really felt like Superman. on one hand, if Cavill had Gunn, he’d be amazing, but i’m really excited for David Corenswet and i wanna see his take on the character.
