Even in supreme Court he will still lose,the woman is still legally married with the man as long as the divorce has not been completed. Even after final signing,the lady is expected to stay 3 months before another relationship.

@@theresesuirumarie2428 12years is so long to conclude a divorce and that is a menace that should be fought against and I totally agree with that however they are in court and the court will pass a verdict according to the law plus they are not just moving on after the 12years but she moved on within the 12years. My sincere hope and prayer is that people actually fight so that it will be instituted into Nigerian law just like in some other countries that prolonged cases of divorce be concluded by the court with or without the presence of both parties. For instance,if a party keeps avoiding coming to a court session for different reasons and the case is prolonged the court can divorce them and reach decisions concerning properties or custody of children.
