What makes you think the word fuck is bad??? The word is an acronym meaning, fornication under consent of the King. There use to be fuck cards and nobody thought of it as foul language. It use to be an acceptable word, sanctioned by government. People deemed it as bad, not God. Same with the word shit. Acronym for Ship High In Transit. People would label poop as "shit" bc it needed to be stored on top of everything so it wouldn't combust. So the word shit use to be acceptable also. So, do you think you have the right to tell people they aren't living up to God's standards if they use such words??? Or do you think Christians get carried away with legalism?? Me too. I've gotten better and it's infrequent for me now, but we need to look in our hearts to see what pain is in there that demons are using. And pray with heartfelt sorrow for the bad language that GOD will help to get rid of. But what I know is that most of it comes from old trauma that hadn't been dealt with. That gives demons a place to reside.

When I heard the phrase "Vexed by the filthy conversations of the wicked" it was like a switch clicked inside my head. Those words gave name and form to the unknown anxiety I was having. This was the Holy Spirit convicting me and letting me know that it was time to clean up my speech. Now, I'm catching most of it but it still slips out occasionally. I had no idea how carelessly and casually people throw such dark, wicked talk around like it was nothing until the Lord pointed it out. Now I'm repenting many times each day and will continue to do so until I get victory over it.
