2:03 my hip position was right. Angle at knee is usually 120°. 2:47 my back position was wrong. Weak glutes. even bar weight seems too much. 4:50 my foot position was right. 6:30 i don't jerk. nor do I hit on floor. 7:50 i don't hyperextend my back. 9:03 will do barefoot now until larger plates are added. 9:14 using hip-width. 9:20 mistakenly hyperextended my neck. 9:30 push floor with legs. 9:39 not using 8-9 inch platform.

Mera workout plan change ho gaya hai aur new workout plan me deadlift hai....par mujhe sahi way me deadlift perform karna nhi aata tha mujhe sikhna tha aur kal hein ye video aa gaya.......aur aaj mera back workout hai now I am relax 😌 Thanks Sir ❤️

Sir, I really thank you from deep of my heart.... Your guidance has really helped me and today a miracle happened to me that I could lift 🏋 47.5 kgs each side of barbell... i.e. 95kgs with barbell. Thanks a lot for your valuable tips. I have one doubt about breathing part while doing deadlifts. I have been told to hold the breath while lifting the bar up and exhale while bringing the bar down. Is this the correct way? Because u usually say in any exercise we need to exhale while lifting against the gravity
