I bet I've watched a hundred videos on that subject but somehow your explanation seems clearer for some reason. Stupidly simple concept with disastrous results if misunderstood. I generally do well on the way up or down if the trend is obvious but when it starts chopping at the top or bottom I have trouble clearly realizing when it turns over.

hindsight 2020.... Im garbage at trading but its easy to see where the price went once it happened. Would be more informative for smoothbrains like me know when the price will/has reversed when its happening live,. I'm constantly thinking its a fake breakout. Out of curiosity, I was thinking about opening trade right before market open with tight stop loss and no tp (50/50 I'm right) and just ride the massive volatility at open, do you think this would be a viable idea?

So many novice traders think they can catch bottom of a down trending market instead of going with the flow. The 4HR showed price well above the 2nd StdDev. No way I would buy into that. Nice video!
