Big Picture is documenting the effort to stop the Great Taking. This is a hearing in the TN state legislature to do just that.
State legislatures around the country have begun to table bills to strike certain parts of Section 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code that disenfranchise the public. The too big to fail banks are using everyone's stocks and bonds as collateral on their derivatives trades and the 1994 Section 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code legalized this fraud.
Please donate to the production of Stop It, the Great Taking film. Contributions make this selfless work possible.

The two lobbyists are outright liars. The bill would not at all stop investors from margin trading. Pool securities are used as collateral for loans unrelated to any lending by the investor, loans that are prioritized. The first lobbyist, Guggenheim, carefully says "as far as I understand" while refuting this. Showing me he is well informed and lying through his teeth.

Tell us like a fifth grader. Excellent way to stop his double speak! If everyone is losing their ability to pay their mortgage or there is a run on banks they might have to take your house/car/collateral even though you’re paying on time.

Anyone noticing how much government time & effort is devoted to making laws to protect THE GOVERNMENT its clients (the donors) & its benefactors (those internal to the government? Every time you turn around you find yet another area where something that is intuitively immoral & formerly criminal made legal, ... because they made a law. I forget the exact reference and the exact phrase but when one of the speakers was addressing an issue he made the comment "... it would not be illegal.." IE, criminal acts made perfectly legal. THIS is what our reps seem to spend a lot of their time doing. Indemnifying themselves against criminality. IE "You can't do anything to me because we made a law to make it legal". Be it EUA (fake emergency used to indemnify almost ANY mandated procedure) or FASAB Statement 56 (it's OK for the gov to keep 2 sets of books), on and on everyday it seems there is yet another law enacted in a back room and slipped through no one knowing any better that strips us of legal recourse. The government is becoming a protection racket. Making laws to protect itself, it's members, its patrons, ... anything but the citizens.

wow really showing how the 'legal system' is not LAW-full . Law is biblically based ie 'a laborer is worthy of his hire ',if you have earned 'money' from your labour ,it is then lawfully yours ,if you 'invest' that worth into anything ,food , land ,precious metals ,or a companies 'stocks ,shares ,or securities ,the labourer must have first 'worth' .The only condition overriding this is contract ,be very carefull what you sign .contract ,or agreement is over all . An unalienable right ,as recognized in the international agreement on civil and political rights ,is self determination ,you determine/create your own law ,if you agree to be robbed , that is your right . The tangled web [ so interesting names ??] woven to trick us is deep . Good work Tennesse ,may this first shot ring out around the world .

An important question to ask is “Will the brokers be immediately under capitalized the second this went into law and if so, how could the bill became law while NOT triggering a collateral collapse.
@GT380man

It wouldn’t on its own have any impact on the capitalisation of other institutions in the financial system because it only affects assets to which TN citizens have “entitlement”.

@@GT380man well, if the brokerages or settlement houses have used it as collateral, the added they are less capitalized. And Tennessee is not the only state considering this action.

Apparently, by design, they can be under capitalized any moment by slight of hand and take ownership.

Do they have the right to access your Universal Commercial Account if you are an M1 status, or, once you have become a "sovereign" through Russell Jay Gould's Official Claim Of A Life? This should be National News. All birth certificates are registered with the Catholic Church in exchange for 1 million to the country the birth occurred, a bonded Soul bought and paid for that the church claims upon death. A Soul Contract for a million Dollars, that is further traded on the stock market by the government holding the UCC funds, that the person whose birth initiated the trust can only access after jumping through legal hoops and ladders, using a trustee due to belief of incompetence of handling ones own accounts funds, to get a simple bankruptcy written off using the interesting bearing funds,, while access to these funds could have prevented bankruptcy in the first place. Is this where the term, "Sold our Soul to the devil," originates? Who exactly began, did, this?

Followed the sovereign movement for a long time, while I do believe that this is somewhat under truth, it’s a lot of assumptions under more assumptions and the water your treading is foreign. It’s a good way to get yourself into legal trouble, especially if you choose to double down on your claims when you shouldn’t. Contempt of court will hold you in jail or fines, just for trying to articulate this to a judge. They will shut you up or remove you and then sentence your person without you there. There is no place to have a fair fight with this without years of experience and knowledge, and I’ve come to the conclusion that you have to be built for it, commit your life to it, and confident in all your actions whether you know what you’re doing or not. Just look at Brandon Adams and Gordon Hall Creditors in Commerce. They went to jail for a long time but their beliefs were strong and they held firm.
