We just finished listening to the podcast. We give it high marks. Great insights into a world people like me have very little knowledge ….. yet the topics covered are pleasantly interesting. 👍👍

The Three Amigos! Back together creating a podcast - hey guys, all three of you made my day. I learned so much about music, your ways to the music you play, your passion to entertain people all over the world. 👏👏👏👏 - Thank you so much, Jerry, Fraser and Aaron

Man, you hit it! When I was experimenting with the organ when I was twelve, the church organiist came in and asked, "why are yoyu playing that so fast?" Well,, since I was learning organ by "ear", I said that's how I heard Virgil Fox playing it mid-fifties). It seemed to make sense to me, so why not?, She responded that, that's not how Bach would have done. WOW! How did she know that?

Interesting that Aaron said that he was told to ask the question "Why" when he was being taught. My senior Tutor also told the group I was in that the most important question that you must ask is "Why". Very good Podcast. look forward to the next one. Thanks Guys

One of the worst things I ever heard was a friend saying that when he goes to a concert he first looks at the program so he knows when to clap. WTF!!?? I totally agree with you three that we kind of have to de-academize the way we listen to live performances.

Mfg. Winfried Plum

What happened to that Pipes and Posts site? I've not played the organ in ages and am just catching up with the online organ community.

Enjoyed your podcast. I just wish someone could tell me how to adjust my Hauptwerk setup to sound well. I'm so frustrated I don't even turn it on very often. Maybe it's a hardware issue. When I pull on a principal chorus, my system sputters, statics, and distorts so badly I can't stand it. Any suggestions?

Sounds like your polyphony settings are not ideal. Try lowering the polyphony setting and/or increasing buffer size and number of buffers.
