Dear Sister Shivani, I am following you for a quite long time. I am very much improved my thinking pattern very much . Still I have a bad habit for feeling guilty for all the problems or happenings in our family. Being elder I have deside everthing, so if something went wrong I used feel so guilty. After seeing your videos I am very much controlling my thoughts. Can you give me one strong prayer or sentence to avoid that guilty feeling. I am 67 years old.
