Ellie’s choc chip cookies Makes 20 (approximately 200 Calories each) INGREDIENTS 200g dairy free margarine 125g soft light brown sugar 100g caster sugar 1tsp vanilla extract 200g plain flour 50g cocoa powder Half tsp baking powder Half tsp bicarbonate of soda 200g vegan dark chocolate chips 1tbsp plant milk METHOD Preheat oven 180c /160 fan /gas 4 Line 2 baking trays with parchment Mix margarine, both sugars, and vanilla extract into a large bowl. Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda into the bowl and beat everything together until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and plant milk and mix well. Use a spoon to drop 20 neat mounds onto the 2 trays. Leave plenty of room between them as they will spread during cooking. Bake for 10 minutes or until they look slightly darker on top. Remove cookies from oven and leave to cool on the trays. Enjoy! Xx You can add 50g nuts to the cookie mix, or replace the cocoa powder with the same weight in plain flour to make golden cookies. I also sometimes replace the chocolate chips with sultanas. The choice is yours! These cookies can contain common allergens such as wheat and nuts.

Another lovely vid guys. Leacock looks so beautiful (except for the kids throwing stones!!) 🤦🏻♂️. Amazing how many films were made there! The cookies looked gorgeous Ellie and another good tip. Thanks so much for the shout out guys, that’s so good of you. That farm was brilliant - it was actually the horse in the stable next to the van that woke us up in the mornings. 😃😃. But I still DO NOT like cows!! Have a great weekend ahead and looking forward to some more vlogs from beautiful Wales.

Hi both. Thanks ❤️. Must admit Graham did shout at those kids! The parents just stood there and completely ignored their behaviour!! Cows are huge! ( beautiful but huge) I’m nervous around them too! Have a lovely weekend ❤️👍😊

Awww, nice to do the dog “maintenance”. We would have got a clip around the ear when we were younger if we did that at the very least, no one cares nowadays, hopefully no-ones car was damaged! Very interesting ref the wizardry connection - the village looked lovely. The stall on the wall - I saw them at Beadnell last weekend, first time I had seen them and thought what a good idea. Yummy cookies. All the very best, David & Rachel 👍

Hi both. Thanks for watching ❤️. Graham and I thought we might be getting old and grumpy. But there’s no excuse for throwing stones at somebody’s pride and joy. ( or infact people and dogs!) The parents just completely ignored the kids as if it was perfectly fine for them to do it!! Perhaps we should have called the van Harry 😉. Have a lovely weekend both ❤️😊👍

A lovely video. Lacock isn’t too far away from us. Doesn’t it look beautiful! Do you think Ken (AKA life is too Short)would’ve had some words with those children throwing stones? It was upsetting to see how they could’ve caught one of the doggies frankly let alone vehicles etc. It’s a shame. Does Jazz not go on the ‘big bed’? Poor Ellie, I’m sure you would’ve benefited from a nice lie down too but clearly Jazz had other far more pressing plans! It made me laugh how Graham could sleep through the noise!! It’s lovely to see the doggies getting their washes and toothbrushes. We try to be diligent about that too and our little girl is very tolerant of toothbrushing-using an ultrasonic cleaner some of the time too! However she much prefers when it’s time for a nice warm flannel wash especially on her eyes……oh how we are slaves to our lovely pooches! 🐶🐶🐶🚐👍☀️💕🐶🚐🍻

Hi both, Thanks ❤️I’m sure Ken would have had words!! Graham did tell them to stop. In fact he shouted at them. The parents just completely ignored their behaviour. Couldn’t believe it! Jazz has been on our bed before, but she wanted to get off ( because of Maya being there) We also have to attach her to the seat as she jumps around the van ( on the table, behind the steering wheel etc ) and could hurt herself. So it’s a tricky one. Your doggy maintenance sounds much like ours 🤣 We always do teeth, eyes and faces. Our vet can’t believe it! But they are 12 and 15ish. So they really need the extra TLC ( they get more fuss than we do!). Have a lovely weekend 🐶❤️😊👍

Hello E&G, another very relaxing watch until those little blighters in the pub carpark, made me see red🤬 the only consolation we don't live next to them. Lacock looks very nice, I will give it a whirl in the near future, not far from me. You've got yourself a regular job now Graham in the kitchen 😂 Take care 👍🐸 PS those cookies looked very moorish😋
@Wizardinthewild4 ай бұрын
Hi Simon. Thanks ❤️. Hope things are going well for you. Have you managed to take Kermit out yet? Lacock is beautiful, if busy. We were both really angry about the kids, but more so with the parents. They were literally there chatting and ignoring their behaviour!!! The cookies were rather nice 😉( too nice) Take care. ❤️😊👍

We were in Lacock not so long ago. Hubby is from Corsham so had a trip from Cornwall to to visit his old stomping grounds. Leacock is lovely, if not over subscribed with tourists but expected. Lovely part of the world. I’m sure we will film a vid up that way at some point. Great content as always 😊

Hi. Thanks ❤️. It does have beautiful architecture doesn’t it? Pity there are so many cars. It is a very busy place, but we certainly enjoyed our visit. We nearly moved to Corsham. Nice part of the world. Have a lovely weekend ❤️😊👍

You do make me laugh with your pronunciation of places. Thought Graham had called Lacock La Cock before you mentioned it! So it’s not only Welsh you have problems with😅. (Me too when out of home area. Good old English). The abbey is well worth a visit. I really enjoyed it, wasn’t aware at the time its connections. Didn’t think much of the village for some reason, maybe just an off day. Love the green cup, like the shape too. Biscuits looked yummy. PS it is pronounced laycock.
@Wizardinthewild4 ай бұрын
Hi Andrea. Thanks ❤️. I’ve no idea why Graham decided it was La Cock! We certainly do struggle with Welsh! Next week’s vlog tries to address that a bit 🤣. Lacock is very touristy so not for everyone. I find crowds and traffic a bit off putting sometimes. Not quite your forest bathing is it? 😉. ❤️😊👍

Great vlog, couldn't believe those kids with the stones. The Abbey looks nice so may be on our visit list to use our NT membership. The cookies looked nice, we never used the oven when we had the CV but hung the tea towel over the handle as Ellie did 🤣. Only just learning to wash up Graham !!!!

Hi Tim. I know. We were furious. More so with the parents who were ignoring their kids completely! Graham did tell them off. We plan to go back to have a look at the Abbey. Looks interesting. The oven is quite good ( though maybe not for pizza😉) thanks for watching ❤️. Have a lovely weekend ❤️😊👍

You’re having fun with the place name Gray 🤣😇 Never been there, looks lovely! Must pay a visit, those kids are only small, it’s a shame they’re not going to learn unless they’re taught 🤷♀️ Thanks, Em 💜

I visited a few decades ago when my girls were young. I’m so pleased it’s still the same, most probably because it’s National Trust and the care that they take. I agree about the cars but we all need them to use in our busy lives 😢. Bye for now.

Hi Glynnis. The National Trust do take great care don’t they? Must be lovely to live in such a historical place. I agree about the cars. Just reminds me of how different it would have looked back in the day. Horses are so much more aesthetically pleasing 🤣. Have a lovely weekend ❤️😊👍
