If you don't want to do much hard work for learning full stack web development go dor frameworks like laravel or django. In mern stack,you need to have good amount of knowledge in js ,then you will have to learn react and node and express mongodb which requires a lot of time and dedication. But maja node mai hi aata hai , Django laravel mai coding kam configuration jyada hoti hai.
