I normally use CAM and use attacking when counter attacking with quick passes to avoid opponent scoring. But as soon as i lose ball or opponent attacks, I switch to defence. Remember when opponent has fast strikers, we should use a balanced position. Not facing much issues of quick opponent goals this way

I’m using van der ven for his high rating but I gotta say he’s trash even tho he’s fast he gets stunned easily by heel to heel his work rate is terrible for center back high attack medium defending he easily goes out of position trying to tackle and gets back really slow so you’re basically defending with one center back missing.
