There should be hospitals literally made just for women to come to during their time of the month and they can care for you and give your belly massages and heating pads and tea and all of these things to make you feel better. And then when your all done, you go until next month.

Hope Wolfe I agree! I have to drag myself to the kitchen and make tea and something to eat, al the while praying I will make it through the day. During this time we really need nurturing! Why don't people understand this? It isn't irrational at all, and from what I am reading here, there are millions out there who suffer tremendously just like myself. Speaking from the USA just cuz idk where your from but specifically here , I believe it’s the food we eat that causes all the pain we experience. Travel to any other country with "better food" and you will 100% find women that still endure terrible pain monthly. Do processed foods help? Not really, no. Imagine If we could create a place in every City/area of the world where women could Go when they are on their period. It would bei Kind of a Spa you get hot tea and a gentle massage, hot bottles, food and pain medication of you need. You get extra free days and dont have to Go to Work on your period. Wouldnt that be a society that respects and honours women?

Have some paracetamol or ibuprofen or any other pain killer you know works for you, rest in bed with some fluffy socks have some water next to you and try eat something even if it is in small nibbles. sending good vibes and love to all the ladies dealing with pain right now 💞 close your eyes, breathe deeply, listen to this music and take a restoring nap. eating a whole foods plant based diet helps to ease my period cramps a lot, it's only when I start eating processed foods that they get bad again (like today). this music helped me a lot, thank you so much for posting. it will be a go-to for me now whenever I'm dealing with cramps ♥️

earthling kay I've been eating chips (British chips) for the past 5 days and my uterus is punishing me for it. This music helps a lot. All the best to you.
@kierstynsaoirse6 жыл бұрын
BBtech my period cramps didnt improve when I went vegan but it's because I was eating the wrong food. I was eating lots of processed things. as soon as I eliminated those, my cramps went from severe to mild/moderate. raw vegan diets can be dangerous if you don't know what you're doing and your body is definitely not used to it, which could be causing the cramps. I was told that humans are actually not supposed to be 100% raw because we have adapted to eating cooked foods. the most healthiest diet is 50% raw 50% cooked whole food plant based. maybe try that instead and see how you feel? give your body time to adjust

Thank you so much for this meditation 💖 I live with endometriosis and I have managed it through a tea I have created , the base being red raspberry root and it has helped my cycles immensely. But in 2014 I had an ectopic pregnancy in my right ovary and every other month I have to do things differently to ease my cycle. This meditationalong with my herbal tea, heating pad and massaging the bottom of my right foot and the space between my ankle bones really relieve my pains 💖 I hope this helps any womyn reading this, I've been on this journey for 20 years.

Hey, I was having heavy bleeding and painful cramps too but I tried a vitamin complex called “my happy flo” the cramps went from being an 11 on a scale of 1-10, 10 the worst, to a 3-5 range. This is fantastic given the circumstances and it was just the first month taking them. They’re only online and they’re also stated to shrink uterine fibroids, which turned out to be why mine were so bad. I hope it helps.

i have endometriosis and i’ve been coming to this video for about 3 years, since i was 14 (17 now) and it always helps. today i’ve had the worst cramps i’ve ever experienced. and i’ve experienced some pretty bad ones. the pain wouldn’t stop for 2 hours i was screaming and crying. i don’t believe in god but this had me begging to him to stop my pain. i threw up 2 times because the cramps made me feel so sick. this video really calmed me down, as well as a hot water bottle, hot water with ginger in it (anti inflammatory) and naproxen tablets. but before i had any of that i turned this music on straight away because it always helps calm me. but just a reminder to everyone that ur diet can affect the inflammation you feel during ur period. this week or month even i’ve been eating extremely unhealthy because of corona virus quarantine and my cramps have never been this bad. where as when i don’t consume dairy or eat meat my cramps aren’t as bad (they will be bad no matter what as i have endometriosis). but i would definitely recommend changing you’re diet to reduce inflammation!! good luck to everyone. we’ll get thru the pain together. ❤️
