Honestly these sellers need of take into account these are live animals. Not just objects they are selling. They need to take precaution in shipping these creatures; it's not like they are made of plastic. This doesn't even make much sense either as a seller should be shipping their "object" rightly where the object may come in good condition to their customer. We need website for good sellers to buy from and bad ones to look out for. This guy is incredibly lucky that these guys came out alive. He clearly doesn't care...its not hard to learn how to properly package tranantulas.

As someone who used to own turantulas (mainly orange baboons, and a salmon pink - i think thats what they're called-) bit we got a package like that, she was only a small spider, but the package was soaked and her tub was bust, she ended up with massive issues with eating and walking about. The guy who sent it said he was a "professional" in spider keeping, an that we were the ones that destroyed the tub and harmed Dobby (spider)
