Stop pretending, Jenny! - Learn how to say "I'm only pretending" in German - B1 [mit Jenny]

You can use Konjunktiv 2 to express that you're only pretending to do things. In German, we use the expression 'so tun als ob' for that. "Wir tun so, als wäre nichts passiert." "Tom tut so, als ob er krank wäre."

At 3:38 why not "als ob dich interessieren würdest" ? Since its for second person singular i.e "du"?? And why we dont include the subject "du" in the subordinate clause like " als ob du dich interressieren würdest"
