You could switch he-mans blessing to ward of the fallen to give him extra damage with having another buff stack at the start of the round

Honestly there's no way I'm changing him off life harvest. Every day I use him in live arena in wins me fights. I'm super happy with that choice.

As always, great video, brother. Always appreciate you sharing your LA sessions -- it's so useful for you to talk through your logic as you run these matches -- so much to pick up! One thing, though, on Intimidating Presence.... Using it on multiple champs makes a lot of sense for you -- one of the fastest players in the game who doesn't use many debuffers -- but for someone in low gold V like those matches (and me!), who have no chance of winning a speed race against an account like yours, I'm not sure that the extra speed is as useful for them as it is for you. I know for my go 2nd teams 16 speed (or even 40) isn't going to make any difference, but Poly or one of the other blessings, have a far greater chance of bearing fruit. Am I missing something?

Yeah Bio has a unique account. I don't know how he gained his knowledge but he somehow knew to go all in on speed in this game. If you want to compete at the lower levels, you typically have to create go 2nd teams and that means more HP, resistance, defensive type teams and champs. Also you have to use your 6 star speed glyphs judiciously. You cannot waste them on your go 2nd champs. You do not get a lot of 6 star speed glyphs and the rng on them are horrible. To get a 3 or 4 speed roll and then glyph it to 8 extra speed takes a lot of dedication to speed.

A good way to counter Siegfrund/Nais is having an Odin. He has a strip with his A3 and his A2 strips with a stun. You activate their passives then you strip and/or stun and then you can take them out. You just need an Odin.

The problem is any decent nais or siegfrund at my level is almost certainly going to be built in stoneskin.

@biohackrsl a team of Odin, Freyja, Marius, and Yumeko can do it. Yumeko locks out, Odin or Marius strips, Freyja puts on a big enough shield to protect against Nais counter attacks. I've done it in G4 in LA and TTA.
