That looks really good, Tom! I love the idea of the baked potato as a pizza crust! I think the only thing I might change is the sausage. We don't do a lot of hot food, so I would probably pick the sweet Italian sausage instead. But, that is definitely making my mouth water! Thanks for the great ideas!
