Dry outs with a humid hide works like money! Something else that works well is fish oils over their food and more fruit for a red in their diet, especially stuff like mango and papaya.

Can you leave the damp stuff in the hide all the time? Loralie likes to sleep under pieces of t-shirt. Should i have a wet hide and dry hide? What do you think about the NC tegu ban?

I like to have some sphagnum moss in one or both hides at all times. I'm trying to replicate the humidity they would have in their deep burrows in the wild. I think the ban is terrible and unnecessary

You may or may not know but would the super b work for a bearded dragon? I soak because they don't like humidity coming from the dessert environment.

They do come from a desert environment but they spend a lot of their time in their burrows underground. Bearded dragons do great having humid hide offered. So before I did vitamin B complex I would do more research on this topic. There is so much confusing information about bearded dragons out there. I really don't have many issues with that here in texas but if I did I would do the same thing. Make sure they have a humid hide available.

Hi I also commented on your b complex video I hope you reply to my question there as well. In this video, may I ask firstly, you said orchard moss at first then sphagnum moss, are they the same? Also, is it a risk if the tegu try to or accidentally eat the moss? I know that it can be a problem.with people using it for frogs.

You can use orchard moss or sphagnum moss. I have never had or heard of people having problems with tegus ingesting this.
