Sir, Thanks for uploading this video. This is very fitting to me. As a girl learning vocals, my father and teacher both insisted on higher frequency scale. They can sing comfortably on C# but I couldn't. Learning became a frustrating experience. I even thought that I can never sing well. But now that I found my scale, I feel much confidant in my singing and have started enjoying the 'riyaaz' 😊😊. Thank you. Hope more girls and boys know this sooner than me.

In order to find your scale if I have understood you correctly you should find the mid place on both of which sides you can go equal number of notes. This is true regardless of thaat

tam nas ...correct you should be able to sing at least 3 notes correctly on both side....lower or higher ...in hindi...i would say...you should be able to sing comfortably till "Ma" of both taar saptak( higher notes ) or mandra saptak ( lower note

Very informative. Sir I feel most comfortable in C scale or B. But I have heard that this is male scale. Am I singing with a wrong scale? Also I want to increase my range and sing softly. But when I sing higher notes I myself feel that my voiced sounds stretched sometimes and not that beautiful. Please guide us 1.
