i saw a video coming out of Nigeria where the gov introduced new notes at the same time promoted digital currency, stopped the circulation of the old notes, then limited the new notes production/circulation so they could then use the lack of new notes as a reason to switch fully to digital. Just a thought.....what if when he said "a human being exchanging cash and so" it means instead of seeing a bank teller when you go up to the booth. You would be interacting with a machine or AI, but you would still use cash to settle your business like for instance, a deposit.
