Most unusual to see it shut off before it reached the top! According to RTT it only dropped about 4 minutes, so NR were unusually efficient there 😅

On the day, there was a track circuit fault, so all trains had to stop the the top of Hemerdon, to ask the signalman, for permission to continue onwards.
