Why? As far as I can tell there's not much consensus on whether a low elbow recovery is really more efficient.

If you're swinging your arms forward without deliberation, there's a chance you could overswing or even put too much power into the throw, making your recovery sloppy and making your shoulders susceptible to injury!

thats one way to get a shoulder injury....if you are a swinger, keep swinging...look at the triathletes now, arm swinging is not a bad thing!

How great and wonderful it is to learn to work out the technique on the track, on which there are no children, no grandmothers, no mothers, no fishermen, no different, all sorts of Loch Ness monsters.😝🤬👺👻☠🤣🤣🤣 You relax as much as possible and slide, slide, slide... 😍🥰☺
