I used to think that way, let’s just talk about how good God is. Yes and he’s wonderful. Everything that is beautiful is God. Until one day, I started hearing the voice of the devil cursing , then he started attacking me more, and this year, I have experienced the worst attacks of the devil that you cannot even imagine. Why because I’m faithful to my king, the Lord Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.. and through my prayers and my work for the kingdom of heaven, I have been destroying the works of the evil one When you learn what the real problem is, then Christian will be spending more time praying, fasting, and worship in the Lord. We have to ask God to destroy the works of the evil one so we can enjoy life on earth Yes, that movie wicked is diabolical

@@NewRevelations-uu7ym the devil does attack the faithful. Faith is a fight and that is our part, to stay in faith. If watching a movie is going to take someone out of faith then don’t watch it. We have to follow the conviction of the Holy Spirit. But when we spend all our time talking about how everything around us is dark, we are not necessarily looking at the light. We’re looking at the dark. It’s when Peter took his eyes off of Jesus and starting looking at the storm that he began to sink in the water that he had just been walking on. The only power the devil has in our lives as believers is the power we allow. Will he attack us? Absolutely. But we have victory over him, and greater is the one who is in us than the one in the world. He has already been defeated. We need to keep our eyes on Jesus and fulfill the great commission. When we do that we have victory. We need to reconcile people to Christ. The light is what draws sinners out of darkness. It’s challenging to shine the light of Christ when the majority of what we talk about is darkness and/or the works of the kingdom of darkness. We need to seek first God’s kingdom. The kingdom of Heaven.

@ yes, but there is a reason why we should not entertain our eyes watching the world movies. Because if God were to open your eyes., in your ears to see in the spirit. You would understand., how are the devil works on people when they disobey God. He’s looking for an opportunity to get into people’s, head so he can manipulate them., steal their crown, 👑 and to frustrate them if he can They are a spirit snakes they get into peoples bodies , when they watch the wrong movies, or TV 📺 that is not appropriate. He wants us to sin against God .. that’s the devils purpose Even if it would fly from a place of victory . We must learn how they work to be on guard.

@@Tiuut78 I agree! Not everyone is the same. Some people are more susceptible to certain things than others. That’s why it’s important to listen to the Holy Spirit and not judge others if we don’t agree with what they are doing. We don’t know how the Lord is working in them. Everyone’s walk with God is different 🙂

Two things can be true at once, we can preach the Gospel and expose darkness. But lets be honest the real issue is you like Wicked and you are offended that Christians are warning people about it. Please stop trying to justify your love for Wicked saying Christians shouldn't talk about it. Maybe you shouldn't be watching it.

@@Benita399 😂 that’s not what’s happening here. But if that’s what you believe, I’m not going to be able to change your mind. God told me to post this, so I posted it. If you are convicted to not watch the movie, you shouldn’t. The point here is that the movie is of the world. Anything not of God is of the world. But the devil has been defeated. He has no power except the power we allow by focusing on him and his kingdom. We destroy darkness with light. But if we’re only talking about the dark, our focus is not in the right place. Yes, we can preach the gospel and expose darkness. But what the Lord showed me and told me to say, is there is more exposing then preaching. Preaching the gospel will naturally expose the darkness for what it is. How can someone find their way out of the dark if we never shine the light. Light pushes back the darkness, not trying to prove to everyone that the world is full of darkness.

@@edon5684 yes! We are in the world but not of the world. We overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. Our testimony of God’s goodness in our lives. What He has delivered us from. Jesus exposed the evil of the Pharisees for holding people down under the law. He cast out demons. He did not go around telling the sinners all the reasons they were sinners and how everything they were participating in was demonic. He preached the good news that He was saving them from all of that 🙂 This is how He exposed darkness! By shining the light so people could find their way to Him! God bless you!
