Check her channel, she has a video on this. Her formular according to your cycle is 32-11=21, 26-18=8. So you count 8-21 days starting from your lmp, those days should be your fertile window days

Dear, you can see your period without ovulation. This is because during the period of your cycle it is expected that you will ovulate, and so your womb will start making a nest to contain a fertilized egg.
