Great message. The biggest thing to deal with in the home and church today
@MichaelGessinger-ym8ut6 ай бұрын
That spirit is not just in the church but it also attacks followers of Jesus Christ and those aspiring Christians looking toward seeking God. Part of the assignment is to keep that person from attending church and ultimately fulfilling a life according to the will of the father and keeping strong faith in Jesus Christ. Those who have it do not acknowledge it or self-reflect in a way that would bring them to repentance. My ex-wife has had this spirit and it can manifest to a point that it controls a person's life and oppresses who it targets.

Please also realize Jezebel is alive and well in the pulpit too! Its in the leadership as well and running rampant. Jezebel has always been in the church operating in certain people. But it is running rampant in head leadership. If you dare to confront it you are scourged and labeled as divisive. What's baffling is when a "prophet" comes to visit a church and CANNOT discern the spirit of Jezebel is there.

Be careful using titles like Prophet. I'm not saying your not but these day church leaders are hung up on titles. A real prophet these days is at most times hidden. A real prophet doesn't really have the support you see most of these church prophets have because the Bible says A true prophet isn't accepted in his own house or country. I would simply refer to myself as A servant. When A Christian enters The Kingdom JESUS doesn't say prophet well done he says well done my good and faithful servant. God bless brother. Keep THE HOLY SPIRIT first in your heart always. this scripture might help you Matthew 11:13

The Jezebel spirit is what psychologists refer to as narcissistic personality disorder and it generally operates more covertly. However a person who is inflicted with the Jezebel spirit is probably also inflicted with the Ahab spear along with it. This is likely why you see a person. Covert and Overt Narcissistic traits, but tends to like to keep concealed or hidden a bit more, which is why it operates dominantly more covert.

Being a Jezzy is lots of fun, I think it's in my genes and I love it, speaking to other girls and some of them feel the same so I'm not unique. It's good fun to see the sap rising in men when you give them a little encouragement, low cut blouse and no bra just watch their eyes when I have to bend a little when I'm up close and personal, I asked one of the patrons at my local bar named Jordan to take me back to my apartment when I became very tipsy, he is a large black man who is built like Arnold schwarzenegger. I told him I was a Jezzy and he said he was feeling a little guilty because his wife and family were away in Nashville on a family visit but that didn't stop him from staying for two days of love and debauchery, what a man OH MY GOODNESS ! ! I think he would put a horse to shame if you catch my meaning, he is going to meet up with me every couple of weeks in future but in the meantime the bartender is glancing at me with shy smiles, he's next. See what all of you reserved Christian girls are missing out on? I used to be very conservative until I joined the church of Ahriman and now life has taken on a new perspective Join us Blessed be

I am 63 years old and except for my father’s preaching, I have never heard this taught in all the churches I’ve attended. Big and small. I personally agree with what you are teaching and have a deep fire to expose that spirit within ministries and churches. My main concern is that I don’t want to be a stumbling block to others so don’t want any position of authority. I have experienced the worst 4 years of my life and am so wounded that I just want to get healed. I’m more concerned with consecration, holiness and purification and keep getting closer to Him and only Him. How can I be of any help to others when Jezebel has beaten me with a Judas Kiss. I’m not sure I can reconcile this. Help me understand.

That should not have been spoken as a blanket statement for those who were abused as a child. The notion that they ended up in an abusive relationship as adults because they did not forgive their former abuser. That honestly lacks real understanding and knowledge of the nature of abuse. And telling the victim they got in that bad relationship because they didn't forgive the first round of abuse as a child has an undertone of blame....which is one of the things I see people under the influence of an abusive jezebel spirit do. Constant blame shifting and gaslighting. All of a sudden the victimizer becomes the victim and the issue of abuse in whatever form is no longer the issue and really doesn't get addressed appropriately. The real issue now is the "true" victims lack of forgiveness... and its hard to prove that you've forgiven some of these unrepentant people sometimes because they see forgiveness as access to do whatever they want because if you had forgiven them you would just let it go and understand that we all make mistakes. And the number of times the mistakes are made is never an issue with them because "love keeps no record of wrongs." It's a bunch of religious craziness that can eventually lead some into the toxic tolerating and becoming a perpetual doormat.
@takingupmycross98692 жыл бұрын
True forgiveness says I refuse to hold that person who hurt me accountable in my own heart and I release them to God for Him to deal with them. Forgiveness isn't saying what they did to me is okay. Until we forgive, we actually imprison ourselves with bitterness. If we're still bringing up stuff that people did to us years ago and dwelling on it, we haven't forgiven them. The person who hurt us doesn't need to be repentant for us to forgive them. In fact, they could be dead and we can still forgive them. Until we forgive, we can't heal. I've been on the same journey as you. You can do it with Jesus.
@gcassara762 жыл бұрын
@@takingupmycross9869 yes I understand what forgiveness is...that definition is not the problem. And I understand there are many root issues that are directly related to unforgiveness...but not everything. When someone makes a blanketed statement like that especially in the are of abuse...I speak up for all those getting crushed under it. That's all....God wants us to forgive...but he also does not want his people to falsely accuse others either....its oppressive and I am sure Jeremiah Johnson being the humble man that he is can understand what I am saying. We have all made broad statements while preaching that we wish we could go back and clarify. But back to my point...there has been a lot of false accusation in the body of Christ in this past season...aka Jezebel/Ahab which is why he is preaching on it. Especially with those bound by a spirit of manipulation and control which I explained in context in my above statement that you did not acknowledge. I have seen abusers convince everyone around them that they have repented...aka the "PAST" while still tormenting the victim in the present. It's awful and the body of Christ needs to understand this is an area that we need to tread lightly. And in regards to not acknowledging the full context of my response...When we ignore the context the content will always feel like error.
@takingupmycross98692 жыл бұрын
@@gcassara76 First off, I am so glad you responded. I tried to go back and read your comment again and it wasn't there anymore and I thought you deleted it. I'm glad you didn't. It must be a YT glitch. As far as the point of your comment, I completely agree that exceptions exist for almost everything people say. I've come to understand that prophets specifically say things in black and white with no gray areas, and things get overlooked. Jeremiah is very aware of this phenomenon. I try to hear the heart of what is being said. I imagine Jeremiah has counseled hundreds of people and maybe thousands. I think what he was saying is from his experience in ministry. I'd imagine he's found unforgiveness from past abuse is a common theme found in those who once again find themselves in an abusive situation. However, it's not a rule. The truth is, his statement didn't apply to me either. I wasn't abused as a kid. Just in my marriage. It didn't offend me or bother me because I know that doesn't apply to me. I tried to just hear the heart of what is being said which is: forgive those who've hurt you. That's it. If his words didn't apply to you, eat the meat and spit out the bones. Very rarely do I listen to a preacher or teacher who I agree with every single thing they say. So, I simply heard the message of forgiveness via Jeremiah. I was commenting on that because that's the most important take away from what he said. It has been so personal for me that I've discovered the power found in forgiveness. The truth is, having been abused, doesn't mean I'm a victim. That's not who I am. Abused is not my identity. My identity is only found in Jesus. Jesus wasn't a victim and yet He was more mistreated than any other person ever was. I aim to find myself in Him. I didn't know who I was before Jesus, and our abusers didn't know who they were either. Personally, to be transparent, my biggest struggle is with the memories of being mistreated. I want to forget. I just have to keep giving them to God and bless those who've hurt me and pray for their benefit. I've probably given it to God a thousand times. It's definitely been a journey. I hope you can hear my heart in these words. There's no judgment and this isn't a slam to you. My heart goes out to those who were mistreated and I want to see everyone set free from offense and bitterness because it is truly a prison. Perhaps you've forgiven the people who hurt you, I don't know. I'm simply concerned as to why something a pastor said to you is offensive if it doesn't apply to you. Do you see what I mean? Is it possible there's a sliver of truth to what he said? I honestly don't think Jeremiah was blaming victims. I think he was blaming unforgiveness. There's a BIG difference. I have learned I have to focus on Jesus to find out who I am, not my past or how I've been treated. Jesus forgave instantly. I want to be like Him. I hope this helps and I hope you find true healing in Jesus. You are not alone, and I genuinely care. God's got you.
@takingupmycross98692 жыл бұрын
@@gcassara76 I wanted to thank you for sharing your story. I've really been reflecting a lot on the why behind forgiveness in my own life. I had an additional thought I wanted to share. I also understand there's a desire for all people to see who our abuser really is. I get it. I want to rip the curtain open and let this person be exposed as the fraud that they are. This is where God has been instrumental in explaining, He sees, and He knows. He was there in those horrible moments. God knows why these people did what they did. He knows the whole story. Part of the journey I've found myself on is the realization that I have to surrender to God this desire for them to be exposed. We want to be vindicated. We want to be defended. We want justice. We want the lies exposed. It's imperative that we give these desires to God. He WILL vindicate us, defend us, and bring justice. It's not up to us to expose these people. If no one on this earth ever knows what we know about them, it's okay because God knows. We have to trust Him. God knows and He will bring perfect justice. Let's just imagine for a second that we are in fact able to perfectly expose these people who hurt us. Then what? We still have to forgive them. We still have to trust God. We still have to let things go and move on. I know from experience it's exhausting trying to expose others. It's not our job. God has got us. We have to trust Him. Thanks again for sharing your story.

Your comments resonate with wisdom that has been given to me through a few friends. Trusting anyone that is possibly a counselor, clergy, Bible teacher whoever you might go to get counselling have a high possibility of re-injuring you. “Guard your heart above ALL” The Bible says this for a reason. I have been a victim over and over from “Christian” people with supposed authority whether Christian or not who have driven wicked evil spikes with their words into my spirit. I believe they have a decisive spirit and many “other” evil spirits that have come to kill, steal and destroy the very purpose of Gods reason for creating you and I.
