Korn Ferry predicts that we will have 85 million more jobs than people to fill them by 2030. In order to ensure that we have enough of the right people to hit our goals, solve even our toughest challenges and seize the myriad of opportunities presented by our new world, we must 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿. To win the War for Talent we must play the long game, stand our from our talent competitors and find innovative ways to expand our talent pools.
