18:40 I totally understand what you’re saying. But the process can be exhausting for some of us. I love being creative when I know what I’m doing. But the process is always difficult for me. Iv ADHD, dyslexia which makes everything 100x harder. The outcome/why is sort of relevant as that’s the drive? Like when I became a lash tech, the drive was money. Now I’m embracing my spiritual practices and wanted to put videos, and now my why is to educate, heal and build a community. I’m struggling with the process. Granted I’m very hard on myself, but the emotional deregulation again ruins the process as it tends to be highly charge 😅. Now the universe has put me into solitude mode, I’m hoping this will be my chance to manage the process better 🤗

I recently stumbled across you in my news feed, which seems like universal alignment 🔮❤️. I have always felt I have a message to share to world and felt it’s something I should do for years. I love this. I was meditating the other day and the words “there’s no need to prove only to be” then I happen upon this. I enjoy teaching exercise but sometimes I get overwhelmed trying to put the “perfect” class together. I want to get to a point that I don’t stress before class because in reality things always turn out great. It’s a shame not to enjoy the process of putting it together.

How do I know which actions in my trying are actions to prove to another or to prove to myself?
