I really loved the power prompt. It only make sense to ask chatgpt for the best characteristics in order to talk to them. I see it happended alot for generating a DallE image, they ask chatgpt to create a prompt for it. It is also kind of influenced from the CARE framework, you want to mimic a behaviour in the system

Can this be a RISE prompt? I am a PhD student doing research in quantum computing. I have the initial results on how to solve a complex problem, and how to define a problem in that spectrum. First I need initial assessment, then do a rollout of the framework, then gather more information and try to update the results. I want to streamline the collection part, to make it more effective in a way that is relevant to the stage of the problem I am at. provide me with the list of steps to accomplish it.
