Ya'll just dont know how to build the M13. In order for it to be a blaster u NEED to stack a lot of horizontal recoil control. I will give you all the loadout that is going to make u regret saying M13 is trash. RTC Muzzle Break, Heavy Long Barrel, OWC Laser, 40 round extended mag (silenced + extra range), last attachment is up to you. I use FMJ to increase damage through cover. Reccomended mods: Lateral recoil, extended mag and long range. I've been using this gunsmith since its previous buff and its shreds at any distance. Specially now that it got a damage buff, u dont even need to stack that much range. So u can switch the 40 round mag for the 50 or 60 round which I think both of them give FMJ (It's not gonna be silenced tho). But u can use the extra slot for a granulated grip for better BSA, an Assault Tactical Stock for better flinch, or even a Red Dot Sight if u dont own a blueprint with good irons.

You know I've tried every way to weigh that sucker down, but due to high fire rate, it still jumps around at long range. Close and medium is ok though, but then lacks mobility.

use long Range Extend Mag and the Mod for Recoil and Stability use that Mod for M13 even ur using a x3 Scope in M13 Loadout

Slaps for me and got a buff for next season. Has good aim assist, 1 less dmg than 117 but has faster fire rate. Bullet speed is better so can hit targets at distance
