I like the dispute about Jodi Bird`s song chosen :) My Grand Ladies in the audience and David were really upset about Simon`s interruption... he mastered this rebellion by being honest, rowing back (that was not a defeat)... and Jodi, the singing princess, showed a lot of strength ! Simon gets it right mostly, saw old clips of a young JHud, he wasn't impressed. But he didn't give her positive criticism. This is his show and he will try & raise up raw talent. Love that, cuz the talent has such high regard for him his disapproval cuts like a knife. I imagine it wd feel like a parents disapproval. But the talented troopers take his advice and then take it to the Hoop. Good looking out for them 😊
