In this video I have tried to explore two main topics.
1. Is it good to be a perfectionist?-
Waiting for things to be perfect.
Perfection may be a destination, but making it a journey may actually hamper your growth.
It may become a reason to not start things.
Sometimes it causes relationship issues because a perfectionist finds fault with everything.
They even find it difficult to finalize a life partner. Because no one is perfect.
Do you have anyone who has perfected things in life.
Even big companies fail after trying their best to perfect the process.
We must strive for excellence but that must not stop us from being happy.
The second topic is about Worry.
Has worrying become your habit?When you were a kid - you worried for studies.
When adult - you worried for a job.When you got a job - you worried for a promotion or career.
When you grew old - you are worried for your health or your children.
Our lower mind only helps us survive.It's our more developed mind, that helps us to be happy and joyful. It gives us meaning.
Do you express gratitude for being born as a Human Being?
For having a healthy body, a healthy mind.
For having enough to eat, enough to wear.
For having enough people to relate and share feelings.
If you cannot cherish these precious gifts of your life, then you would fail to cherish any other gift as well because wiring would have become your habit and not being thankful your way of life.
Think about these simple yet important thoughts to enrich your life. To live. To not jut exist.
