Professional qualification Pay (PQP) is awarded one year after you reach to stagnation. You are eligible for 2 graduation PQP, 1 JAIIB and 2 CAIIB PQP . Means there are 5 PQP you will get in the gap pf one year if you have cleared JAIIB AND CAIIB

Sirji good evening, If one joins in ex serviceman quota with government rules of consideration as a graduate with more than 15 yrs of service and not having civil graduation, if he pursues graduation with lateral scheme of akashdeep with IGNOU or gets graduation certificate to ex serviceman in BA (HRM) a scheme by Andhra University, is he eligible for getting two increments given to graduates in banking system. Pls guide. Thank you
