If pedestrians used the road drivers would complain and pedestrians might be arrested but it is just fine for drivers to use the pedestrian footpaths and they still complain if they are told to move, this shows the brain capacity of some drivers and it is very small.

A new experiment. Have a couple people at each end with cars waiting and when a car pulls onto the sidewalk then bring your cars and block both sides of the sidewalk so they can't get off with their car..
