I guess the main question would be, why would it be dodgy, as in, why would I want a winning or losing video, rather than the random outcome of me gambling? It's a video in an arcade, often playing games that are several years old. From KZbin ads point of view, it makes no difference if it's a win or loss. But the answer to your question, I don't continuously record, I stop then restart when something happens. The sessions are usually about 2hrs long, too long to hold the phone continuously. It's also far easier to edit, as all the dead-spins have already been removed.
