Bro SSD me hum intial velocity v consider krte h and Newton's law me intial velocity u consider krte h for same moving vehicle... as final velocity will be zero, then acc to Newton's law u² = 2aL( not considering - sign bcoz of retardation) ... Or Simply, u of Newton's law = v of SSD ...Bro if smjh nhi Aya to I can explain
