To store juice from a variety of fruits harvested in your village, follow these steps:
Recipe for Mixed Fruit Juice
Ingredients:
Mixed fruits (such as apples, oranges, mangoes, pineapples, berries, etc.)
Sugar or honey (optional, depending on the sweetness of the fruits)
Lemon juice (optional, for added flavor and preservation)
Water (if needed for consistency)

Juicer or blender
Strainer or cheesecloth (for straining pulp)

Steps:
Wash and Prepare the Fruits:
Thoroughly wash all the fruits to remove any dirt or pesticides.
Peel and core the fruits as needed (e.g., apples, pineapples).
Remove seeds and pits (e.g., from mangoes, peaches).
Juicing the Fruits:
Use a juicer to extract the juice from the fruits.
Alternatively, if using a blender, blend the fruits into a puree and then strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or strainer to remove the pulp.
Mixing and Sweetening:
Combine the different fruit juices in a large pot.

Boiling (Pasteurization):

Bottling:

Cooling and Storage:
Allow the bottles or jars to cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, store them in a cool, dark place, such as a pantry or cellar.
For longer storage, keep the juice in the refrigerator.
Tips:
Use ripe, fresh fruits for the best flavor.
Sterilize bottles and jars by boiling them in water for 10 minutes.
Label the bottles with the date of preparation to keep track of freshness.
